Mapping the Emotional Landscapes
This Make Your Self-reflection Tray Journal is available to download until the end of June 2026. The aim is to build your own “journal book” gradually over time for yourself as you come back to the practice as a ritual.
You can do it every day, every week, or you can align your self-reflection to new moons and full moons.
It’s your choice.
You will find some flowers and their symbolism, but there are pages to fill in the lines by yourself and make your journal a memorable and unique reflection.
You can even colour the front page as a mindfulness practice.
It is for your personal practice, and I think it can be interesting to look back and see how you changed and shifted over time.
I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did.

"The woman described how, each morning, she gathers flowers, seeds, and small plant pieces onto a tray to reflect her inner landscape for the day. Flowers and plants carry symbolism and quiet power. This sacred, intimate ritual is a way of expressing what feels important in a particular season of life."
