Stillness through sound

So Hum mantra comes from Sanskrit and helps to calm the mind. While it can help us to journey and rest into a state of being, it also encourages one-pointed focus.
It is one of my favourite mantras as I was listening to it when I was pregnant and I still listen to it when I need to come back to the core of my being and just be with it, rest in it.

There can be many approaches to experiencing it. My approach here is through sound journey and the combination of instrument, toning and pauses which can induce different feelings in the body and states of the mind.
Try to think of this experiment more like a mindfulness practice and observe what you feel instead of overthinking.
Let me know in the comment section on YouTube what arose in you while you went through this sound journey.
Use good quality earphones for the better enjoyment of the deep sounds.
